Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete projects with customers in a safe and cost-effective manner. You will handle hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and commissioning while managing project finances and pursuing change orders.

You will maintain customer satisfaction and profitability, guide subcontractors and technicians, and ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations across the SSNA portfolio.

Qualifications

• Two years of field experience with a technical associate's degree required.
• Experience with Access Control, Fire, Video, and/or systems design and commissioning.
• Ability to perform work independently and manage project finances.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete projects with customers in a safe, cost-effective manner.
• Oversee hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and commissioning.
• Manage costs, billings, and collections; pursue change orders.
• Provide coaching to technicians and ensure safety standards.
