Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site project leader to plan, implement, and complete control systems projects for assigned customers. You will manage hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, commissioning, and project closeout while balancing customer satisfaction with profitability.

Responsibilities include controlling costs, billings and collections, and coordinating with subcontractors and customers. A strong emphasis on safety, ethics, and compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of field experience or four years of equivalent related field experience in the HVAC building automation industry.
• Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and complete control systems projects with assigned customers.
• Coordinate communication with customers during all phases of the project and pursue change orders as needed.
• Provide work direction to subcontractors and technicians while ensuring safety and compliance.
