Job summary

BluePath Labs is seeking a Contract Supervisor to oversee daily contract operations onsite at the Great Lakes, IL region. You will supervise the contractor workforce, manage schedules, and ensure timely deliverables under a federally funded contract. Qualifications include U.S.

citizenship, an associate degree in a related field, 2+ years in business/finance/law/logistics, and Secret eligibility. Strong communication, organization, and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen status required.
• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business/management, finance, law, logistics, or similar environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and online data systems.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite central point of contact between the Government and the Contractor for daily contract operations.
• Supervise Contractor workforce including scheduling, workload coordination, leave approval, and timesheet review.
• Attend and participate in meetings with COR, Budget and Accounting Officers, and other Government representatives.
• Review tuition order packages for completeness and balance workload to ensure timely service delivery.
• Liaise between the contract manager and COR; report issues and coordinate with Government as needed.
• Notify Government if workload exceeds contracted hours to prioritize work.
• Ensure staff training and proficiency; support periodic proficiency reviews.
• Provide input to COR on policy and procedure improvements.
• Maintain workforce coverage during peak periods and staff absences.
• Lead monthly QA meetings to ensure contract files and records are audit-ready.
