Job summary

Performance Contracting Group seeks a Branch Safety Supervisor to support remote job sites around Lake Zurich, IL. You will lead a team of safety professionals, partnering with project and field leadership to improve safety performance and accountability.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and culture-building to drive proactive safety practices across the organization. OSHA-related credentials and MS Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in safety.
• OSHA 500CHST or BCSP credentials a plus.
• OSHA, DOT, FMC, MSHA, EPA experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to teach others.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop safety professionals.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable.
• Provide regular training and career development.
• Identify and develop future safety leaders.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new safety personnel.

• Ensure safety lessons learned are communicated consistently.
