Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Supply Chain Manager to join our project teams on site at various construction locations nationwide. The role focuses on material storage, safeguarding materials, and delivering analysis to support project needs.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in project management and supply chain practices within the power delivery or construction sectors, with extensive travel and on-site operations. WSP offers a broad benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in a management role, supervising personnel.
3-5 years quantifiable experience in Project Management.
3-5 years quantifiable experience in Supply Chain Management.
General knowledge of the power delivery industry.
Advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency in Office 365.
Experience collaborating on Projects as a value-added member.

Responsibilities

Performs supply chain and logistics functions, such as material/services procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers.
Ensures inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
Ensures quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
Conducts analyses of inventory levels, and coordinates with production and sales requirements.
Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products.
