Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Supply Chain Manager to join a project team on site at a WSP project location nationwide. The role focuses on managing material storage, logistics, and analytics to support construction activities.

Travel across the United States is required as projects vary by site and schedule. The candidate will supervise material-related operations, ensure accuracy of inventories, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and analyze inventory levels to align with project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in a management role supervising personnel.
• 3-5 years quantifiable experience in Project Management.
• 3-5 years quantifiable experience in Supply Chain Management practices.
• General knowledge of the power delivery industry.
• Advanced Excel in Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage material storage site activity on a WSP project.
• Conduct project material-related analysis to provide insights for the project.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure sufficient supply of goods.
• Analyze transportation and distribution to ensure economical delivery of products.
• Maintain 3C (Care, Custody, and Control) of safeguarded material.
