Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Project Supply Chain Manager to supervise material storage on project sites nationwide. You will manage SCM and/or Material Management services, ensuring Care, Custody, and Control of safeguarded materials, and provide analytics to support project needs.

The role emphasizes on-site work at project locations with heavy travel, handling procurement, inventory control, and logistics across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in a management role, supervising personnel.
• 3-5 years quantifiable experience in Project Management.
• 3-5 years quantifiable experience in Supply Chain Management.
• General knowledge of the power delivery industry.
• Advanced Excel knowledge is beneficial.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite, especially Excel.
• Role located at Project Site with nationwide travel.

Responsibilities

• Performs supply chain and logistics functions, such as material/services procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
• Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers.
• Ensures inventories are secure, properly identified and accessible to authorized personnel; manages different inventory types.
• Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
• Coordinates inbound/outbound logistics including warehousing and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products.
• Analyzes transportation and distribution systems for efficient and economical delivery.
• Conducts detailed inventory analyses in relation to project needs (site/schedule).
