Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Supply Chain Manager to join a project team on site at construction locations nationwide. You will supervise material storage, manage the 3C’s, and provide analytics to support project needs.

This role requires heavy travel, oversight of inventory, transportation, and procurement, with a focus on collaboration, leadership, and problem solving. Onsite work, with some remote based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Management experience overseeing personnel.
• 3-5 years in Project Management.
• 3-5 years in Supply Chain Management.
• General knowledge of the power delivery industry.
• Advanced Excel skills in Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain, procurement, planning, inventory control, vendor selection and distribution for projects.
• Ensure secure, identified, and accessible inventories across sites.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and transportation to meet project needs.
• Perform detailed inventory analyses and align with production and sales requirements.
• Support site operations with material management on project sites.
