Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Supply Chain Manager to join a project team on site at one of our projects nationwide. You will oversee material storage, procurement, and logistics to support construction activities, with heavy travel to project sites across the United States.

The role emphasizes analytics, inventory controls, and collaboration with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. A bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of related experience are expected, including project management and supply

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience in a management role, managing and fostering the development of personnel.
  • 3-5 years quantifiable experience in Project Management.
  • 3-5 years quantifiable experience in Supply Chain Management practices.
  • General knowledge of the power delivery industry.
  • Proficient in Office 365 with emphasis in Excel (Advanced).
  • Experience collaborating on Projects as a value-added member.
  • Role will be located at the Project Site (Nationwide) with onsite, remote-based on project needs, and travel.

Responsibilities

  • Performs supply chain and logistics functions, including procurement, planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
  • Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers.
  • Ensures inventories are secure, identified, and accessible to authorized personnel; maintains controls over various inventories.
  • Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records; ensures inbound/outbound shipments quantities are correct.
  • Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.
  • Coordinates inbound and outbound logistics including warehousing and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products.
  • Analyzes transportation and distribution systems to ensure efficient and economical delivery.
