Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Supply Chain Manager to lead material storage, procurement, and logistics on a project site across the United States. The role is onsite at construction sites with heavy travel and requires coordinating with suppliers, vendors and internal teams.

You will oversee inventory controls, conduct data analysis to support project needs, and ensure Care, Custody and Control of safeguarded material while aligning with project schedules and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in management roles and developing personnel.
• 3-5 years project management experience.
• 3-5 years supply chain management practices.
• General knowledge of the power delivery industry.
• Advanced Excel and Office 365 proficiency.
• Experience collaborating on projects as a value-added member.

Responsibilities

• Performs supply chain and logistics functions on a project site.
• Coordinates flow of materials among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers.
• Implements inventory control and analyzes inventory levels against project needs.
• Manages inbound/outbound logistics including warehousing and transportation.
• Analyzes transportation systems to ensure economical delivery and aligns with project schedules.
