Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Supply Chain Manager to join a project team on site at one of our projects nationwide. This role focuses on material storage, SCM, and material management services, with responsibility for multiple sites and frequent travel to project locations.

The incumbent will oversee procurement, inventory control, logistics, and analytics to support project execution. This position requires on-site work at project locations across the United States and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in a management role, managing personnel.
• 3-5 years quantifiable experience in Project Management.
• 3-5 years quantifiable experience in Supply Chain Management practices.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite with emphasis in Excel.
• Experience collaborating on projects as a value-added team member.
• Role located at project site nationwide with onsite/remote options as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs supply chain and logistics functions including procurement, planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
• Coordinates flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers.
• Ensures inventories are secure, properly identified, and accessible to authorized personnel; conducts physical counts and reconciles with records.
• Manages inbound and outbound logistics including warehousing and transportation to ensure material supply.
• Analyses inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.
• Analyzes transportation and distribution systems for efficient delivery; conducts inventory analyses by project needs.
