Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking an on-site supervisory professional to support project teams and ensure safe, efficient construction execution. You will work with Superintendent and management to coordinate resources, manage budgets, and deliver progress reports to owners and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED. Sitework experience and OSHA knowledge are preferred."

Qualifications

• Reading architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
• Basic math skills used for planning and reporting.
• Basic computer skills for project documentation and reporting.
• People management and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent with duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Advocate safety as the top priority on the jobsite and enforce safety plans and policies.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Division Management and Project Management to supervise projects.
• Develop and implement production plans with budget goals in mind.
• Assist in preparing project status reports and payroll documentation.
• Oversee plans, shop drawings, and coordination with subcontractors and owners.
• Determine staffing levels and procure tools and materials to meet schedule.
• Recruit, hire, and direct onsite field personnel in line with HR processes.
