Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent to lead on-site construction projects and field foremen.

You will guide teams to deliver high-quality steel erection work on time and within budget, while enforcing safety standards. The role requires strong communication, coordination with trades, and proactive problem solving — issuing RFIs, addressing non-conformances, attending safety and production meetings, and producing accurate as-built drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site construction teams.
• Strong communication and delegation abilities.
• Familiarity with safety protocols on site.

Responsabilités

• Oversee on-site projects and field foremen.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Promote safety culture and enforce precautions on site.
• Coordinate weekly look-a-head schedules.
• Attend on-site meetings: safety, quality, scheduling, and production.
• Coordinate with trades and schedule material deliveries to the job site.
• Address non-conformances and issue corrective actions.
• Submit RFIs and complete as-built drawings.
