Kinsley Steel is seeking a General Superintendent to lead on-site construction projects, manage field foremen, and uphold safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The role requires strong leadership and on-site experience with steel erection and coordination across trades.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, addressing non-conformances, and producing as-built drawings while ensuring compliance with project specs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of commercial construction and steel erection.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment.
• Experience with transit, laser level, and torpedo levels.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on-site construction projects and field foremen.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Promote a culture of safety on-site with adherence to safety precautions.
• Coordinate weekly look-a-head schedules to anticipate issues or delays.
• Attend on-site project meetings focusing on safety, quality, scheduling, and production.
• Coordinate with other trades and schedule material deliveries to the job site.
• Address non-conformances and issue corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot site issues and submit RFIs; complete as-built drawings.
