Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• PM experience in steel fabrication/erection or miscellaneous metals.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Knowledge of AISC and PCI standards is preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
• Understanding mathematics and basic field measurement tools.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and cost control standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of steel construction materials methods and tools.
• Tekla and Fabtrol software knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage structural steel erection and miscellaneous metals installation projects.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project success, from steel detailing to scheduling.
• Review specifications, prepare critical documents, and maintain progress reports.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders, deducts, and proposals with clients.
• Maintain effective communication and strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, fabricators, and other project stakeholders.
