AGTEK Development Company, a part of Hexagon, invites applications for a Technical Support Representative based in Livermore, California. This onsite role supports AGTEK software products for customers and sales teams, addressing issues with a courteous approach and timely responses.

The candidate should have a college degree or equivalent IT experience, knowledge of AGTEK products, and excellent communication. Travel occasionally may be required; robust training is provided.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience in computer or information technology.
• Experience in the construction industry and AGTEK products.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and self motivated.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to quickly master and explain software.
• Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette.
• Must work cooperatively with other team members.
• Is willing to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for customers and sales representatives over the phone, internet and via e-mail for AGTEK software products.
• Provide a friendly, courteous experience for customers.
• Address customer problems within established response time.
• Suggest changes and methods for the improvement of our products.
• Verify, and if necessary, report defects when encountered during testing, support or training.
• Test new versions and updates.
• Confirm bug fixes and maintain bug tracking system.
• Assist with the development and editing of training guides and videos.
• Provide training and support for customers, salespeople and internal staff.
• Assemble and test fly Drones.
