Job summary

BioAgilytix Labs, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to provide remote and deskside support to employees across sites. The role emphasizes end-user assistance, account management, AV configurations, and proactive ticket handling.

The candidate should have a strong background in Windows environments, Office 365, and customer-focused service. This is a full-time, on-site role with some travel and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years experience in end-user IT support, preferably in regulated environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop OS and common office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with AV systems and telecommunication support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to end-user service requests via ticketing system.
• Maintain user accounts and workstation configurations per SOPs.
• Provide AV support and conference room setup for online meetings.
• Troubleshoot network and printer issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document work and contribute to knowledge base.
• Ensure confidentiality of client and company information.
