Job summary

PBK is seeking a Construction Services Manager to serve as the on-site liaison among clients, contractors, and project stakeholders during construction. You’ll protect the owner’s interests by monitoring progress, quality, and schedule adherence while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on delivering a positive client experience and effective issue resolution on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in construction administration, management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction documents, specs, submittals, and project schedules.
• Monitor construction progress to keep projects on schedule.
• Serve as on-site liaison between owner, clients, and contractors.
• Represent owner’s interests on-site throughout projects.
• Observe contractor performance and adherence to quality standards and schedules.
• Document site observations and progress through reports and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve field issues.
