PBK Architects, Inc. is seeking a Construction Services Manager to serve as the on-site representative, protect owner's interests, and monitor progress, quality, and scheduling. You will liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve field issues and document site activity.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving, with travel between jobsites and collaboration across disciplines to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project communication tools.
• Travel between jobsites is required and expected.
• Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction documents, specifications, submittals, and schedules.
• Monitor construction progress to keep projects on schedule and aligned with objectives.
• Liaise between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders during construction.
• Represent owner's interests on-site throughout project duration.
• Document site observations and progress in reports and meeting notes.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate updates and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve field issues promptly.
• Support positive client experience through responsive communication.
