Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of construction administration, construction management, or related field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and project schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license; regular travel between jobsites.

Aufgaben

• Read and interpret construction documents, specifications, submittals, and project schedules.
• Monitor construction progress to help ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with objectives.
• Serve as the liaison between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders on-site.
• Represent the owner’s interests on-site for the duration of projects.
• Observe contractor performance and adherence to quality standards and schedule.
• Document site observations, progress, and field conditions through reports and meeting records.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate updates and resolutions with teams and clients.
• Coordinate with internal architectural and engineering teams to resolve field issues promptly.
• Support a positive client experience through responsive communication and relationship management.
