Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction in Fargo, ND is seeking a Senior MEP Superintendent to lead on-site MEP operations for a large data center project. You will manage field teams, safety, scheduling, budgets, and coordination with owners, designers, and trade partners to deliver complex, high-value work.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, 8+ years, people leadership, and proficiency with Prolog, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field plus 8+ years of construction management experience or high school diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of directly related experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong proficiency with construction management software such as Prolog, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCad, and project management software.
• Solid understanding of building plans and specifications, value engineering, and life cycle costing.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for working safely within an incident and injury free (IIF) culture.
• Manage on-site construction activities for projects ranging from small to large and complex.
• Understand all plans, specifications, and details; maintain updated construction drawings.
• Procure tools, equipment, and materials; ensure training and toolbox talks.
• Manage project schedule, budgets, and production units; monitor site productivity and reporting.
