Qualifications

• Experience reviewing plans, detail sheets, and specifications.
• Ability to read building plans and understand safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings before issuance to subcontractors.
• Verify and maintain exterior/interior grade lines for trades.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Prepare project reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure timely, quality results.
