Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Military experience or an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience on commercial job sites is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn sector- and project-specific software systems (MS Office 365, ProCore, Adobe Suite, BlueBeam, JD Edwards).

Responsibilities

• Be onsite for the 12-month training, shadow project operations and learn day-to-day activities.
• Communicate clearly and organize multiple tasks with a professional, audience-appropriate approach.
• Set up and maintain jobsite records, logs, and submittals, and assist scheduling updates.
• Assist the superintendent and project managers with budgeting, client management, and safety tasks.
• Support safety programs by conducting meetings and recording required reports.
