Job summary

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and possible familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam. AA/BS in construction management or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• AA or BS in Construction Management or Management Degree OR comparable work experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit or Bluebeam is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate with clients clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scope, timelines, and resources to meet milestones.
• Serve as primary client point of contact and build relationships.
• Review construction documents, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for accuracy.
• Monitor progress, risks, and budget; report updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
