CrossConnect Talent LLC. is seeking an organized Project Assistant to support growing engineering and construction projects.

This 100% onsite role will work with Project Managers, design teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and aligned with company standards. The ideal candidate excels in clear communication, has strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent clerical experience.
• Prior administrative or project support experience in engineering/construction is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain project files, tracking systems, and document control.
• Serve as a point of contact for project teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor RFIs and submittals within construction management software and coordinate responses.
• Perform data entry, assist with scheduling, track milestones and deliverables, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate across engineering teams to assemble and deliver client studies and reports on schedule.
