They design and produce painted steel, stainless steel, and custom wood casework, along with laboratory work benches, fixtures, work surfaces, and fume hoods — all manufactured domestically. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of a construction/casework project from its inception through completion. The Construction Project Manager ensures that client requirements around functionality and specifications are met, while keeping projects on track against major milestones, lead times, and budgets. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with estimating, drafters/detailers, distributor salespeople, production, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects moving smoothly. This person will manage project scope, timelines, and resources, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and provide clear, timely communication to both customers and internal stakeholders — including executive-level status reporting and recommendations.
AA or BS in Construction Management or a related Management degree, or comparable work experience.
