Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Project Coordinator to support industrial construction projects onsite. The role ensures smooth operations, tracks costs, schedules and communicates with Project Managers and customers to maintain project performance.

Responsibilities include daily diary, timecard handling, cost tracking, billing, and coordinating with field and office teams to sustain schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.
• Strong Excel and computer skills required.
• Experience in the construction industry desired.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily project diary and establish project priorities.
• Track and record project costs, production quantities, and onsite inventory.
• Conduct timely billing and reporting to maximize margins and cash flow.
• Coordinate efforts with management, technicians, and customers to meet schedules.
• Ensure proper job controls for quantities, costs, revenue and schedule.
