Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support change management, contract administration, forecasting, and project audits, helping ensure the financial health of projects onsite in Omaha, NE. This role serves as a key resource for Area and Project Managers and supports closeout activities and documentation.

The position requires 2+ years in construction administration or project controls, proficiency with Excel, and understanding of cost controls and change management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Understanding of construction financial controls and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage change order entry and contract modifications within Vista.
• Maintain contract values and revenue tracking.
• Support forecasting reviews and project financial analysis.
• Assist with project audits and compliance reviews.
• Help identify risk through the projects
• Coordinate project closeout activities and documentation.
• Support project leadership with reporting and project controls processes.
• Assist the Area and Project Managers
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls
