Job summary

JLL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to independently lead small to medium capital and tenant improvement projects across client portfolios. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and client communication, with mentorship on larger initiatives.

On-site travel up to 40% within the region is required. Responsibilities include charter development, bid management, progress monitoring, and formal closeout, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive project management/construction management experience.
• Proven track record delivering small to medium projects ($250K–$1M).
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and executives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closeout within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop charters, schedules, WBS, and manage critical path and site visits.
• Procure and manage contractors and vendors; negotiate contracts and manage changes.
• Chair project meetings, prepare agendas, and drive action items to completion.
• Manage budgets, POs/invoices, and provide monthly financial reporting.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain proactive communication.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Support capital planning and mentor junior team members.
