Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in project management, construction management or real estate project coordination.
• Proven ability to prepare, manage, and track project budgets with strong cost control.
• Solid understanding of technical requirements for business relocations, construction and renovations.
• Willingness to travel approx. 20–25% to project sites and client locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, MS Project and other PM software.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives across multiple concurrent assignments, contributing to project success.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes, schedules and budgets; monitor against baselines.
• Manage full vendor lifecycle: RFPs, contracts, subcontractors, quality deliverables.
• Prepare status reports, process invoices, maintain documentation for audits.
• Plan across on-site teams to minimize disruptions and maintain continuity.
• Interface with architects, contractors and client representatives to align objectives.
