Atoms in Los Angeles is seeking a Construction Manager to lead onsite projects from conception to completion. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, safety, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality builds on time and within budget.

This role requires 7-10 years in commercial real estate/F&B construction, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate and F&B construction.
• Ability to own multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring adaptability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish, delivering ahead of schedule and below budget while following codes and plans.
• Manage daily onsite construction activities, including scheduling, cost monitoring, safety, and stakeholder relations.
• Oversee multiple projects with knowledge of permitting through completion.
• Define build approach, tendering, and appointment strategies for consultants, contractors, and vendors to maximize quality and minimize cost/time.
• Manage teams of consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review schedules and milestones to ensure critical path compliance; negotiate recovery plans as needed.
• Coordinate all onsite activities during construction, including inspections and due diligence.
