Job summary

MGAC in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Junior to Mid Construction Project Manager to join our team and manage multi-phased projects from design to closeout. On-site role requires 3+ years PM experience, base building, commercial or developer work, and ability to read construction drawings.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team, supervise field progress, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate with clients to ensure on-time delivery. Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in construction management, Business, Architecture, Engineering (Civil/Structural/Mechanical) or related field preferred.
• Experience with base building, commercial, cultural, life sciences, corporate fit-out or developer work.

Responsibilities

• Participate as an active member of a team of project managers executing multi-phased projects.
• Monitor progress in the field, analyze schedules, and ensure quality control.
• Manage design, contract administration, and project communications.
• Interface with client decision-makers and construction team to align on goals.
• Participate in budgeting, procurement, scheduling, initiation, and closeout phases.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
