Job summary

You will manage multiple sites, develop detailed work plans, review drawings, handle subcontractor coordination, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Science required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities and groups effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple job sites from pre-construction to post-construction.
• Develop and execute detailed project work plans.
• Identify and allocate resources to ensure project performance and timely delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to keep activities on track and within scope.
• Lead project estimating and pricing efforts and manage change pricing as necessary.
• Review project deliverables for quality before client submission.
• Maintain project documentation and enforce standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and review drawings for compliance.
• Administer construction contracts and secure permits and licenses.
