Job summary

JLL is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the Fresno area to independently lead small to mid-scale capital and tenant improvement projects across a client portfolio. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction, while supporting larger regional programs with senior PMs.

The role requires strong organizational and financial management skills, a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM/Architecture/Engineering/Real Estate/Business
• 3–5 years PM/construction mgmt experience with independent project delivery
• Proven track record on small–to–mid scale projects ($250K–$1M)
• Strong budget, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing
• Proficient in MS Office; scheduling tools like MS Project or Procore
• Valid driver’s license and travel up to 40%

Responsibilities

• Lead small–to–medium projects from initiation through closeout independently
• Develop charters, schedules, WBS, manage critical path and site visits
• Procure and manage GC/subcontractors and vendors; handle contracts and payments
• Chair meetings (kickoffs, OACs, closeouts); manage change orders and approvals
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses; manage contingencies
