Tecknomic LLC seeks a Schedule Manager for a major plant construction project in San Antonio, TX. This 100% onsite role will own master scheduling from pre-construction through closeout using Microsoft Project and will coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and trade contractors.

You will manage activity logic, WBS, lead/lag relationships, and perform TIAs and delay analyses. The position requires travel-accommodated overtime and strong onsite collaboration.

Competenze

• Associate or technical degree required.
• Experience building and maintaining master schedules from pre-construction through closeout.
• Strong scheduling logic, sequencing, WBS, and lead/lag relationships.
• Experience with critical path analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and delay reviews.
• Experience developing recovery/acceleration schedules and leading look-ahead coordination meetings.

Mansioni

• Build master project schedules from pre-construction to closeout using Microsoft Project.
• Establish activity logic, predecessors/successors, lead/lag times, and WBS.
• Update schedules daily, weekly, and monthly by tracking field progress and subcontractor activities.
• Monitor critical and near-critical paths to identify bottlenecks.
• Perform TIAs and delay reviews for change orders and scope changes.
• Develop recovery or acceleration schedules with field teams when delays occur.
