Calance, Inc. is seeking a Construction Scheduling Manager for a 12+ month onsite role in San Antonio, TX. The position requires expert MS Project skills, CPM analysis, WBS development, and coordination with project teams to maintain baselines and critical paths.

The role involves leading weekly scheduling reviews, producing look-ahead schedules, and delivering earned value dashboards. Local candidates only; travel and OT may be required.

Competenze

• Experience developing and managing detailed construction project schedules from pre-construction through close-out.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, including baseline schedule development, progress updates, and schedule reporting.
• Experience developing work breakdown structures (WBS), activity sequencing, predecessor/successor relationships, and lead/lag times.
• Experience performing CPM analysis to identify schedule risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays.
• Experience conducting Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and forensic schedule reviews to evaluate delays, change orders, claims, and scope changes.
• Experience developing recovery and acceleration schedules in coordination with field teams.
• Experience tracking field productivity, subcontractor activities, construction milestones, and actual progress against baseline schedules.
• Experience analyzing resource loaded schedules, including manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Experience generating Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, S-curves, and progress dashboards for management and client reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, including leading schedule review meetings with project managers, superintendents, and trade contractors and preparing three week look-ahead schedules.

• Baseline Schedule Creation: Build master project schedules from pre-construction to close-out using MS Project.
