Job summary

TekWissen is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a major global automotive client in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on building detailed master schedules, defining activity logic, and coordinating with field teams to maintain project timelines.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree and solid experience with MS Project, critical path analysis, and EVM dashboards. On-site collaboration with PMs, superintendents, and trades is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Experience creating and updating master project schedules from pre-construction to closeout.
• Ability to perform Time Impact Analyses and analyze critical paths.

Responsibilities

• Baseline Schedule Creation from pre-construction to closeout using MS Project.
• Develop activity logic, WBS, and relationships with predecessors/successors.
• Update schedules weekly/monthly and track progress against milestones.
• Analyze critical/near-critical paths and identify bottlenecks early.
• Perform TIA and delay reviews for changes, claims, and scope mods.
• Collaborate with field teams to recover or accelerate schedules.
• Lead scheduling reviews with PMs, superintendents, and subs; coordinate look-aheads.
• Generate EVM metrics, S-curves, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Monitor resource loading to match site capacity and baseline targets.
