Job summary

Magnit Direct Source is seeking a Schedule Manager for a 12-month contract in San Antonio, TX. You will build detailed master schedules from pre-construction to closeout using MS Project and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include defining activity logic, tracking milestones, monitoring critical paths, and producing EVM metrics and dashboards for leadership review. Requires an Associate degree and strong scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Baseline schedules created from pre-construction to closeout using MS Project.
• Define activity logic, predecessors/successors, lead/lag, and WBS.
• Progress updates and performance tracking using EVM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create master project schedules using MS Project.
• Establish activity logic and WBS; manage predecessors/successors.
• Update schedules regularly with progress; monitor milestones.
• Analyze critical paths and delays to avoid schedule slippage.
• Generate EVM metrics and dashboards for reports.
