Job summary

LGE Design Build is seeking a Project Superintendent to manage on-site activities for Tenant Improvement projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will coordinate sub-contractors, vendors and deliveries, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence under the direction of the Project Manager and Director of Tenant Improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, plan-reading ability, cost analysis understanding, and proficiency with Excel, Word and Procore.

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills and ability to create weekly reports using Excel and Word.
• Strong plan-reading skills and understanding of project cost analysis.
• Leadership abilities to guide field personnel and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries to keep the project progressing safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and report to the Director of Tenant Improvement.
• Schedule inspections and ensure code compliance with authorities.
• Prepare and present weekly progress reports and photos showing progress and percent complete.
• Lead weekly site coordination meetings and issue documentation to the office.
