Job summary

LGE Design Build is looking for a Superintendent in Phoenix, Arizona, to manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. This role involves working closely with the Project Manager and the Director of Field Operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction and the ability to lead field personnel. Responsibilities include obtaining permits, monitoring construction quality, and preparing weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a trade followed by five years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Ability to obtain MCESD dust control compliance certification shortly after hire.
• Strong understanding of sequencing work for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site activities of subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permits.
• Monitor construction quality and schedule inspections.
