Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site teams across projects, directing subcontractors and crafts to deliver quality work safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of construction documents, plans, and safety practices, with accountability for daily reports, cost control, and client relations.

Based in Phoenix, the Superintendent will travel to project sites as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Design-build experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, oversee, and manage onsite activities to ensure goals and schedules are met.
• Maintain complete project documents, drawings, and daily reports.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion and cost control.
• Monitor safety and enforce company policies on site.
• Close out projects with punch lists and proper documentation.
