Ecosystem is seeking a Construction Manager in the United States (Washington) to lead on-site construction for higher-education facilities. You will influence design decisions, ensure constructability and oversee execution from start to finish.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and quality while maintaining safety and client satisfaction. This role is full-time and on-site in Washington state.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning construction projects, including oversight and delivery.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical construction.
• Strong communication skills in English; written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety compliance on project sites.
• Oversee on-site construction operations and manage subcontractors.
• Navigate scope changes while balancing costs, schedules and people.
• Prepare upgrade estimates and documentation for client review.
• Develop understanding of energy performance and sustainability.
• Support day-to-day construction execution to meet budget and schedule.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience.
