Job summary

Energysolutionswmc is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to be an on-site contributor reporting to the Construction Manager. You will manage on-site reporting, data logging, scheduling, and problem solving across sites, coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, owners, and clients.

The role involves collaboration with a project team including the Construction Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager, and QA personnel, with initial focus on Casper WY projects and home-office pre-construction

Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management or similar is Required.
0-5 years’ on-site construction, maintenance, project management, and documentation and reporting experience.
Experience with Procore and project tracking software is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain procurement tracking, personnel tracking, material inventory, and equipment resource management on site.
Prepare and manage project reports, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and progress tracking using Procore, Excel and MS Project.
Log issues, propose solutions, and communicate with site manager, project manager, and construction manager.
Assist in creating project schedules and enforce them with the project team.
Support prefabrication activities with QA personnel.
Identify risks in construction processes and communicate them clearly.
Analyze data to find cost savings and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with policies, laws, permits, and ethical standards.
