Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead field execution for utility-scale renewable energy projects in the United States. You will serve as EPS’s onsite leader, coordinating EPCM teams, contractors, and partners to ensure plans, safety, quality, and environmental commitments are met.

You will drive day-to-day field activities, manage contractor performance, and maintain accurate reporting while traveling 100% to project sites across the country.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management experience on large, complex projects.
• Experience with solar PV, BESS, or wind projects.
• Willing and able to travel 100% to project sites in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction execution and coordination in the field as EPS’s onsite representative.
• Oversee contractor performance, schedules, safety, environmental commitments, and quality adherence.
• Drive field planning through daily coordination and short-interval scheduling.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to contracts, technical specs, sequencing, and onsite operations.
• Support quality assurance audits, inspections, testing, commissioning coordination, and punch list activities.
• Ensure safety programs, including LOTO, are properly implemented on all onsite activities.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and communications; maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Track progress, verify percent complete, monitor critical path activities, and support milestone achievement.
