Ecosystem is seeking a Technical Construction Manager to lead on-site construction operations for higher-education facilities, overseeing subcontractors and stakeholders from design to completion. The role requires proven ownership of construction projects and strong HVAC/mechanical construction experience, with excellent English communication and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project ownership.
• Experience in HVAC or mechanical construction.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the NYC metro area.
