Optimum Energy is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial/industrial construction projects at our Seattle-area site. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency across all trades, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers.

The role requires 10+ years of site management in non-residential settings, with a focus on industrial mechanicals, electricals, and controls. Strong scheduling, cost-tracking, and Procore experience are essential.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of site management experience in non-residential construction.
  • Industrial mechanical, electrical, and controls focus.
  • Experience with commercial HVAC, chilled water systems, and controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site field subcontractors and day-to-day construction operations.
  • Monitor and enforce quality workmanship and code compliance.
  • Coordinate quality control inspections and on-site logistics.
  • Develop and maintain weekly project schedules and look-ahead plans.
  • Prepare and manage job cost reports, budgets, and change orders.
  • Lead safety programs and enforce OSHA policies.
  • Coordinate owner training and commissioning of equipment.
