Job summary

Onni Properties LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent in Los Angeles to coordinate construction activities and lead site teams. You will ensure drawings and documents are followed, manage communications with subcontractors, and maintain a safe, productive job site.

The role requires 5+ years of multifamily residential experience, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and strong communication skills. OSHA training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily residential construction experience.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in buildings.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour training certificate is an asset.
• Effective communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction activities to meet the schedule and drawings.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs to schedule work.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project quality standards.
• Track daily job productions and activities; manage safety and site cleanliness.
• Coordinate inspections by city officials and third-party inspectors.
• Lead trades and ensure progress according to the project plan.
• Forecast material and manpower needs for upcoming activities.
• Document progress, punch lists, and safety records.
