Onni Properties, LLC seeks an Assistant Site Superintendent to coordinate and manage multifamily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with schedules, drawings, and safety standards. You will lead communication with subcontractors, prepare reports, and keep the site organized while pursuing project profitability and growth across assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily residential construction experience.
• Knowledge of building electrical and mechanical systems.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour training is an asset.
• Effective communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule construction activities to meet the project schedule and drawings.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project quality standards and scope.
• Track and report daily job productions and activities; manage POs and safety supplies.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections by city officials and third-party inspectors.
• Direct onsite laborers and ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work site.
