Qualifications

• Ground-up podium, wrap, or garden-style multifamily experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations for multifamily, commercial, or tenant improvement projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule and productivity.
• Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
