Onni Contracting (Chicago) Inc is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead project schedules, budgets, and onsite coordination. You will manage subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and Onni labor to meet profit and growth goals on assigned projects.

The role requires 7+ years in commercial construction, strong scheduling, cost control, and quality management capabilities, plus OSHA certification. High-rise/multifamily experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience, high-rise/multifamily preferred
• Knowing how to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate complex site logistics
• Background in construction management, engineering, or related field

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily site activities of all subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Drive and maintain the overall construction schedule; forecast targets weekly and monthly.
• Review drawings, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs to coordinate current and upcoming work.
• Ensure subcontractors progress per the project schedule and quality standards.
• Develop and implement site logistics plans; coordinate with AHJs and inspectors.
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with trades partners.
